Verdict
- Adjusted diluted EPS from continuing operations of US$0.02 against a US$0.03 estimate, a miss.
- Total revenue of US$13.9 million rose 38.8% sequentially from US$10.0 million but fell 26.5% from US$18.9 million a year ago.
- Profitability turned positive: operating income of US$1.0 million against a US$3.2 million loss last quarter, adjusted EBITDA of US$1.9 million against a US$3.2 million loss, on gross margin of 79.5% from 67.7%.
- Financial guidance was withdrawn outright, with updated guidance deferred until the Company has sufficient operating history and forecasting visibility on the agent business.
- The one thing that matters: the sequential recovery is one new line item. A-MM contributed US$3.5 million of the US$3.9 million sequential revenue increase in its first quarter of recognition, while the legacy Digital Assets Platform fell 54.5% year over year to US$6.6 million.

Quality of earnings
- The return to profit is real but thin, and part of it is not operating. Net income from continuing operations of US$1.5 million sits on operating income of US$1.0 million plus US$0.4 million of other gains, net, which the release attributes to favourable unrealized fair value changes on crypto asset loan receivables and digital assets, against US$0.6 million of other losses last quarter.
- The adjusted figures flatter nothing this quarter, which cuts both ways. Adjusted net income of US$1.5 million is US$10 thousand above GAAP net income of US$1.5 million, because US$0.3 million of unrealized digital-asset losses added back roughly offsets US$0.4 million of other gains taken out, so the swing to profit is not an adjusted-measure artefact and carries no cushion either.
- The margin expansion is mix, not operating leverage. Gross margin reached 79.5% on US$7.4 million of agentic revenue, but inside that line Marketing and Enterprise Solutions fell to US$3.8 million from US$4.3 million, so the whole increase is the first US$3.5 million of A-MM, with operating expenses flat at US$10.0 million.
Gotchas & watch items
- Measured against last year the quarter is a decline, not a recovery: total revenue of US$13.9 million versus US$18.9 million, down 26.5%, with Digital Assets Platform revenue down 54.5% to US$6.6 million. The headline comparisons in the release are all quarter-over-quarter.
- A-MM is a single data point: US$3.5 million recognized for the first time, about 90% of the US$3.9 million sequential revenue increase, with no prior-period comparative to test it against.
- Amounts due from related parties rose to US$60.1 million from US$32.3 million at December 31, 2025, and collateral payables to US$75.6 million from US$10.9 million, in the same quarter the market-making line first entered revenue.
- Withdrawing guidance removes the only public marker: the superseded Amber Premium outlook of US$9.0 million to US$10.0 million, which the US$10.1 million combined Digital Assets Platform and A-MM result was measured against, with no date set for a replacement beyond an Investor Day expected before year-end.
