Highlights & what matters
Adjusted diluted EPS of $3.69 beat the $3.31 estimate by 11.5% and the company's own $3.20-$3.30 guide; revenue, stated on the call as just over $1 billion, registers a 0.4% miss against the $1.0035 billion estimate.
Guidance raised across the board: full-year revenue growth to about 3% from 1%-2%, adjusted EPS to $14.45-$14.65 from $13.70-$14, and HEYDUDE to about flat from down 2%-4%; fourth-quarter revenue is guided up 7%-9%.
HEYDUDE returned to growth: revenue rose 6% to $170 million, led by wholesale up 14%, with brand adjusted gross margin up 350 basis points to 45.8%.
Crocs brand growth is international: revenue of $873 million rose 4%, with international up about 12% and international DTC up 24%, while North America fell about 2%.
The one thing that matters: the beat is earned at the operating line, with adjusted operating margin up 150 basis points to 22.3%, but Crocs North America is the open question as a channel shift will blur its trend for the next several quarters.

Management commentary
Management expects 2027 to be a growth year for the Crocs brand, "likely roughly about what we grew at overall this year."
HEYDUDE is expected to grow at a low- to mid-single-digit rate into 2027, with international a long-dated opportunity.
Tariff rates were only slightly favorable year over year; management expects to protect profitability in an inflationary 2027 through pricing, supply chain efficiencies and $150 million of cost savings already taken.
The consumer is described as K-shaped, weak at the low end and strong at the high end, with much of the volume sold at $50 to $60.
Wholesale partners are still ordering cautiously; at-once reorders on sell-through drove upside at both brands.
Quality of earnings
Adjusted gross margin sets aside a large one-off. $64 million of tariff refunds received in the quarter sit outside the 60.3% adjusted gross margin, and the full-year margin outlook excludes a net benefit of about $40 million from tariff refunds and cost actions.
Per-share growth runs well ahead of sales. Adjusted EPS rose 26% on 5% revenue growth, with about 2 million shares repurchased for $250 million in the quarter and a 17% non-GAAP tax rate.
The margin gain comes from gross margin, not cost cuts below it. Adjusted SG&A of $397 million rose 6%, slightly faster than revenue.
Gotchas & watch items
North America is weaker on paper than underneath: the channel shift cost North America DTC 270 basis points in the quarter, and management said DTC would have been up about 2% without it; the drag widens to 700-800 basis points for the next several quarters.
HEYDUDE's wholesale growth is against an easy compare: management cited heavy returns and wholesale inventory work in Q3 and Q4 last year and frames sustainable growth at only low- to mid-single digits.
The fourth-quarter guide steps margin down: adjusted operating margin of about 20.5% against 22.3% this quarter, with adjusted EPS of $3.25-$3.45.
Inventory is lean: $413 million, up 4% against 5% revenue growth, with enterprise turns above the four-times target.
